Account Coordinator
This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone with clinical or patient-facing experience who enjoys working directly with people, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth path from order to outcome. Your impact will come from service, education, and execution, helping patients access therapy and helping providers integrate it into their daily workflow.
Account Coordinator (Florida)
Candidates must be based on and /OR close to the East Coast of Florida ( Fort Lauderdale- Bolca Raton - West Palm Beach- Miami - Port St luice, Lake worth - Palm Beach Garden) We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Clinical Field Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal and field-based teams as the primary resource for both patients and healthcare staff—supporting the full process from patient identification through successful product use and follow-up.
Bookkeeper
We are seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-moving medical device and sales environment. This is a highly operational role focused on transactional accounting, reconciliations, inventory-related accounting support, and maintaining accurate financial records. We are looking for someone who has performed these functions independently before and can operate with minimal handholding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment with multiple moving parts.
Sales Training Manager
Sun Scientific is seeking a hands-on Training & Commercial Enablement Manager to build and lead our commercial training function. This standalone, high-impact role owns the strategy, design, and execution of all onboarding, sales training, field coaching, LMS management, and commercial education. The ideal candidate brings a strong Medical Device DME sales background, facilitation expertise, and the ability to translate complex clinical and reimbursement topics into practical field tools — and is equally effective leading live training, building eLearning content, and conducting field ride-along.
Senior Manager Design
We are looking for an exceptionally talented SENIOR MANAGER SPORTSWEAR TECHNICAL DESIGNER to join our R&D and Engineering team. Sun Scientific is a fast-growing, patient-centric medical device company bringing wearable therapeutic products into the future — with applications in both healthcare and consumer wellness. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will push the form, fit, and function of our current and in-development product lines using the latest in material science, manufacturing processes, and design thinking.
